Chinedu Unaka is one of comedy’s best-kept secrets! Born and raised in south LA by Nigerian immigrant parents, Chinedu began his career in entertainment through stand-up while attending college (TikTok wasn’t a thing yet) at the University of California, Santa Barbara. After graduating, Chinedu moved back to LA to pursue his entertainment dreams at night while working as a special education teacher in inner-city schools by day (s/o to caffeine!). He was most recently seen on the Emmy award-winning shows INSECURE and ABBOTT ELEMENTARY. In addition, he stars as Sly in the HOUSE PARTY movie reboot that can be streamed on HBO. Chinedu’s recent DON’T TELL COMEDY set garnered millions of views across social media. Chinedu was named a 2020 COMIC TO WATCH by TIMEOUT LA. Chinedu also released a newly taped comedy album titled MOSTLY KIDDING. The album debuted at #1 on iTunes and can be found on all platforms. Chinedu’s other credits include Netflix (Netflix is a Joke Festival, Netflix Is A Joke Radio), Showtime (It’s A Party), FOX (The Mindy Project), Spotify (Nosy Neighbors - award-winning podcast), IFC Films (Shithouse), HBO (A Whole Me), etc. He’s featured and toured with many comedians including Marlon Wayans, Damon Wayans, Damon Wayans Jr. and Yvonne Orji.
A full breakout of your ticket will be shown during checkout. The service fees help cover the costs of putting on the show. They are shared between the various organizing parties, and may include a profit to them.
We are an 18+ venue.
Instead of a drink minimum, we have a two-item per person minimum in the Showroom, which can be fulfilled with any food or drink items from the menu.
Please Note: Food and drinks purchased in the bar and lounge do not count towards the two-item minimum.
- General Admission seating is assigned on a first-come, first-sat basis as you enter the showroom. The earlier you arrive, the better your seats will be.
- Balcony seating is available for our Main Showroom events. It is general admission on our second-floor balcony. The earlier you arrive, the better your seats will be.
- Reserved seats are assigned for you by management on the night of the show. They are the best seats available for your party size at the time they are assigned. We recommend purchasing Reserved tickets in a single transaction to guarantee your group is seated together.
Please Note: We do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee seats in a specific location or that your party will have a table to themselves.
- While we cannot guarantee seats together, General admission groups should arrive at least 45 minutes before showtime and enter the showroom as a group for the best chance of being seated together.
- Reserved groups who purchase tickets in a single order will automatically be assigned seating together. Reserved ticket holders who purchase separately are not guaranteed seating together. Please see your email confirmation for details if your group purchased separately.
Please Note: We will only seat complete groups. Your group must enter the showroom together to be seated together. In addition, we do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee you seats in a specific location.
