Booking Parties and Comedians Cap City Offers Wonderful Ways To Make Your Parties, Activities And Other Events Different, Exciting--And Really Fun! Haven’t we all had enough of those company functions where the food is mediocre and the speaker is deadly dull? Or, other events that are so “same old, same old” and boring that you’ve barely arrived before you’re trying to dream up a good excuse for an early exit? No one ever feels that way when they attend a function at Cap City Comedy Club. So, we’d like to suggest that you consider planning your next party, meeting, banquet, fundraiser or other event--whether you’d like to hold it at night or anytime during the day--at Cap City. Our fabulous showroom accommodates groups ranging in size from 10 to 350, and our lounge just outside the showroom serves as an additional space with a capacity of 75. So we’re totally equipped to help you host--and customize--something, for example, as intimate as a bachelorette party for 10 (or more), a company banquet for 200 (or more) or drinks and a specially- designed comedy show for 350 folks to bring your conference or convention to an enormously enjoyable and perfect conclusion. Or any variation thereof... We’d be happy to help you design a menu of appetizers and dinner from our own Menu (to see it, click here), or assist you with plans for outside catering. We’re happy to help with that, too! We understand that many such events need to be held in hotel ballrooms, restaurants and other locations--and can be greatly enhanced with a performance by a comedian like the ones that appear at Cap City every week. We can provide you all kinds of comedians, at all kinds of levels (and who charge all kinds of fees) for all kinds of events, including corporate functions, awards banquet or other special dinners, company meetings or retreats, anniversary celebrations, birthday parties, etc.--you name it. So for specific comedians for your event, perhaps you’d like to consider those who’ll be performing soon at Cap City (for our Upcoming Schedule, click here). Or, if there’s someone you’ve seen at the club or on TV who’s not on our schedule currently--that’s no problem. We can book just about any comedian for you, except maybe Letterman (who doesn’t perform outside his own show) and one or two others. Also, please keep in mind that many comedians are quite accommodating about writing special material for your event or otherwise customizing their performance.
